How cancellation and refund requests work for downloadable PDF eBooks.

Digital products

Every product is a PDF eBook. Nothing is shipped to a street address. Delivery starts only after Stripe confirms payment.

Before the file is delivered

If you need to cancel before the download email is sent or a download link is used, email contact@abofly.net as soon as you can. We will review the order status and, where the file has not been delivered, we can cancel the order and return the payment through Stripe to the original payment method.

Problems we will fix

• You were charged twice for the same eBook.
• The file is missing, corrupted, or will not open.
• The delivery email never arrived, including after you checked spam.
• A download link expired or was revoked and you still need the file you paid for.
• The file is materially different from the product description shown at purchase.

For a bad or missing file, we will resend the correct PDF or a new download link. If we cannot provide the file you bought, we will refund the affected item to the original payment method.

Change of mind

A change of mind after a working PDF has been delivered is not covered by a fixed refund window. We still correct the problems listed above. Nothing on this page removes a refund or withdrawal right that the law requires.

Consumer rights

Some countries give consumers a withdrawal or refund right for online purchases. In some places that right can change once digital content is supplied with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. Nothing on this page removes a right that cannot legally be removed. If you are unsure which rule applies, email contact@abofly.net and we will review the order.

How to ask

Email contact@abofly.net with the email used at checkout, the eBook title, and what went wrong. Approved refunds are sent back through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control how quickly the credit appears.
