Who we are

Information we collect

• Checkout details collected by Stripe, including the email address you enter and the payment status Stripe reports to us.
• Order records stored by ABOFLY, including the eBooks purchased, the amount charged, the delivery email, and whether the download email was sent.
• Contact form details: your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Newsletter signups only when you check the consent box, including your email address and the consent text you accepted.
• Technical information such as browser requests needed to run the site, protect forms, and investigate failed deliveries.

ABOFLY does not directly store complete payment card numbers when you pay through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment. We receive confirmation, an amount, and identifiers we need to deliver the order.

How we use information

• To take payment, create your order, and email the purchased PDF or a secure download link.
• To resend a download email if delivery fails or you ask for help.
• To answer support and privacy requests.
• To keep the site secure, limit abuse, and understand basic site usage if you allow analytics.
• To send newsletter messages only to people who opted in.

Service providers

We use Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing, a hosting provider to run the website, a database provider to store orders and product records, an email provider such as Resend to send transactional email, and private object storage for PDF files. If analytics is enabled and you consent, we may use Plausible. These providers process information only so we can operate the store.

Cookies and similar storage

The shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a tracking cookie. A cookie choice is also stored locally. An administrator sign-in cookie is set only after an authorized person logs in. Stripe may set cookies on Stripe's own checkout pages. Marketing cookies are not used. Retention

We keep order and delivery records for as long as we need them for customer support, accounting, tax, and dispute handling. Contact messages and newsletter records are kept until the request is handled or you ask us to remove a newsletter address. Download links expire on the schedule shown at checkout. We do not keep card numbers.

Security

PDF files are stored outside the public website. Download links are random, time-limited, and can be revoked. Admin access requires a password and a signed session cookie. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International processing

ABOFLY LLC is based in the United States and sells to customers in other countries. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. If you buy from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
